The kitchen opens directly into the living area, giving the unit an open and inviting feel. You'll have a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cooking essentials for preparing meals during your stay. A small dining table provides a comfortable place for breakfast, dinner, or morning coffee before heading out for the day. The living room has comfortable seating and one TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the unit. Please note: This unit does not have a dishwasher. Seasonal rent is $1,800/mth (December - April), off season rent is $1,200/mth (May - November). Open parking is shared among the property, with space for approximately four moderate-size vehicles total.
